SRG Return Policy

Any non-shipped, cancelled, or refunded order paid via credit card will be charged a 10% processing fee.

All cancelled orders that have shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. This does not include any parts listed in the exterior section which are non refundable.

 

We have a ZERO return policy on:

• Any custom made emblem/badge (these are made specifically to the customers specs after each order is submitted)
• Wheels (wheels are spec’d to the customers specific application and are not returnable)
• Exterior parts like hoods, kits, spoilers etc. (Exterior items risk the chance of damage after being shipped more than once)
• Eibach springs

Contact Us to Determine if Your Order is Still Returnable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that has not been opened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Orders after 30 days are non returnable.

Be sure to include a copy of the original receipt, a list of items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. A representative will reply promptly with further information regarding your return request.
